Begin your journey in the heart of Spain and head south to Toledo, the former capital. Known as the 'City of Three Cultures', Toledo offers a unique blend of Muslim mosques, Jewish synagogues, and Christian cathedrals. As you travel through Castilla-La Mancha, the setting for Don Quixote's adventures, you'll stop at the Despeñaperros Natural Park, the gateway to Andalucía.
