Today, we depart for Coimbra, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and the birthplace of Fado music. After some free time in Coimbra, we continue to Fatima, a center of Christian faith and world pilgrimage. Visit the impressive Basilica and the Cova da Iria, where the Virgin Mary is said to have appeared. In the evening, you may choose to attend the procession of the candles.

After breakfast, we head to the Batalha Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its Gothic and Manueline architecture. We then proceed to Lisbon, where we check into our hotel, Lutécia (or similar).
