Julià Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to events being celebrated in the city or force majeure reasons.

Training Options: You will receive a printed ticket for the Museum when you board the catamaran

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

Public transportation options are available nearby

Any person failing to appear at the established time will not be refunded

In case of cancellation due to meteorological causes, an alternative day will be offered to the client, if this is not possible, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.

Suitable comfortable shoes

If the Maritime Authority prohibits navigation due to adverse weather conditions, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered, respecting third-party cancellation policies (F&B).

If AC suspends the regattas due to lack of wind and/or conditions that prevent the competition but allows the follow boats to sail, the client will be offered to enjoy the event at sea or a 50% refund, respecting third-party policies (F&B).

If the regattas are suspended after setting sail, no refund will be provided. Clients will be offered to continue sailing. If they choose to return to port, no refund will be given.
