Best of Lisbon, Porto & Fatima - 6 Days (from Madrid)

We begin our journey in Madrid, departing early in the morning towards Salamanca. Spend your free time exploring this World Heritage City, renowned for its rich architectural and artistic heritage. Later, we cross the Portuguese border and head to Porto, where we will spend the night.

After breakfast, we embark on a panoramic sightseeing tour of Porto, a World Heritage city. Visit the city's iconic landmarks including the Cathedral, Stock Exchange building, and Santa Clara church. Later, enjoy a scenic cruise along the river Douro on the BlueBoats and visit a renowned Port Wine Cellar for a wine tasting session. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

We depart from Porto to Coimbra, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and the birthplace of Fado. After some free time, we head to Fatima, a center of Christian faith and a world pilgrimage sanctuary. Visit the impressive Basilica, the Cova da Iria, and the Chapel of the Apparitions. In the evening, you have the option to attend the procession of the candles.

After breakfast, we head to the Batalha Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its Gothic and Manueline architecture. We then continue to the picturesque fishing town of Nazaré and the World Heritage town of Alcobaça, home to a Gothic church and Cistercian monastery. Our day ends in Lisbon, where you have the option to enjoy a traditional dinner accompanied by a Fado show.

We start the day with a sightseeing tour of the ancient city of Olissipo, driving through its main squares and avenues. Visit the Belem Tower, Jeronimos Monastery, Monument to the Discoverers, Marquis of Pombal Square, and Liberty Avenue. The afternoon is free for you to explore the nostalgic corners of the Alfama Quarter, the old city nestled next to its Castle, where Fado music fills the air.

We depart from Lisbon to Caceres, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its blend of Roman, Islamic, Northern Gothic, and Italian Renaissance architecture. Enjoy a walk through its Plaza Mayor and the Old Town with its famous Medieval Quarter. We then continue our journey to Madrid, marking the end of our services.
