Begin your adventure in the charming town of Aguimes, nestled in the eastern part of Gran Canaria. Arrive at your leisure and settle into your accommodation (or similar). In the evening, join your tour leader for a welcome meeting at 7 PM. If you arrive early, explore the quaint streets of Aguimes, visit the neoclassical Parish Church of San Sebastian, or relax in a local café. No activities are planned today, allowing you to acclimate to the serene pace of island life.

Embark on a captivating hike to the Guayadeque Canyon, a natural wonder on Gran Canaria. Depart from Aguimes and traverse the scenic pathways leading to this volcanic marvel. Discover ancient cave dwellings and witness the unique flora and fauna that thrive in this rugged landscape. After exploring the canyon, return to Aguimes via the Degollada Bermeja pass. Hop on a local bus to the Aldea Pass and embark on a historical walk connecting La Aldea, Tasarte, and Veneguera. Marvel at the striking Los Azulejos rock formations and the lush Inagua Forest. Pause for lunch at Veneguera before descending into the Barranco de Mogan. Enjoy a coffee break while waiting for the bus back to La Aldea. Today's 11-kilometer walk takes around four-and-a-half hours, with gentle ascents and descents.

Enjoy a day of relaxation or exploration in La Aldea. Unwind in the village or visit the nearby beach. For a cultural experience, travel to Galdar to explore the Cueva Pintada Museum and learn about the island's aboriginal history. Alternatively, embark on an optional coastal walk with stunning Atlantic Ocean views. The optional walk covers 6 kilometers and takes around two hours.

Journey to Tejeda for a leisurely stroll before heading to Pico de las Nieves, the island's highest peak. Enjoy breathtaking views and a picnic lunch at Degollada de los Hornos. Descend to San Bartolomé and return to Aguimes for your final two nights. Today's 9-kilometer walk takes around four hours, with gentle ascents and descents.

Travel by bus to Santa Lucia and embark on a scenic walk back to Aguimes. Pass historical landmarks like an old maize mill and traverse the Hondo Ravine. Continue to Lomo de Don Pedro and the village of Temisas, following ancient trails to Aguimes. Today's 15-kilometer walk takes around five-and-a-half hours, with moderate ascents and descents.
