Galicia, Portugal & Andalucia

We kick off our journey at 8:00 a.m., heading towards the historic city of Leon. Here, you'll have free time to explore iconic landmarks such as the Gothic Cathedral, known for its stunning stained glass windows, and the San Isidoro Church. Don't miss the facade of the San Marcos Hostal, a masterpiece of Plateresque style. We then continue to Oviedo, where you'll enjoy dinner and settle in for the night.

After breakfast, we set off for the beautiful region of Galicia. Upon arrival in La Coruña, we embark on a short panoramic tour. In the afternoon, you have the option to join a tour to the Rías Altas, where you'll visit typical villages like Pontedeume and Betanzos. After a day of exploration, enjoy a hearty dinner and a restful night.

On day three, we journey to the legendary pilgrimage town of Santiago de Compostela. A city tour will take you to the Plaza del Obradoiro and the magnificent Cathedral. The afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure before we gather for dinner and overnight stay.

Day four takes us to the breathtaking landscapes of the Spanish Fjords (RiasBajas). We'll make a brief stop at La Toja Island before heading to O Grove. Here, you have the option to take a catamaran tour to see oyster and mussel farms, complete with a tasting of mussels and Ribeiro wine. We then continue to Vigo, where you'll have free time to explore. Optional excursion to Santa Tecla is available before dinner and overnight stay.

Day six is dedicated to exploring Porto. Our panoramic tour will take you to admire the Cathedral, the Stock Exchange building, and St. Clara church. The highlight of the day is a visit to a local wine cellar, where you'll enjoy a tasting of the famous 'Port wine'. Overnight stay in Porto.

On day seven, we depart for Coimbra, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and the birthplace of Fado, the music of Portugal. You'll have free time to explore this historic city at your leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Coimbra.

Day eight takes us to Fatima, an important pilgrimage center. After some free time to visit the Shrine, we continue to Lisbon, the vibrant capital of Portugal located at the mouth of the river Tagus. Optional night tour to attend a show of Fado, typical Portuguese songs and music, is available. Overnight stay in Lisbon.

Day nine is dedicated to exploring Lisbon. Our morning city sightseeing tour will take you to the old Alfama Quarter, the Tower of Belem, and the Monastery of Los Jeronimos. The afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure. An optional tour to Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril is available. Overnight stay in Lisbon.

On day ten, we depart for the Spanish border and continue to Caceres. You'll have free time to explore its Plaza Mayor, the old city, and its famous medieval quarter, a World Heritage site. After lunch, we head southwards to Andalucia and arrive in Sevilla, where we'll enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

Day eleven is dedicated to exploring Sevilla. Our morning city sightseeing tour will take you to María Luisa Park, Plaza de España, the exterior of the city’s stunning Cathedral and its bell tower, called Giralda, and the typical neighborhood of Santa Cruz. Optional activities include a river cruise on the Guadalquivir, a visit to the Maestranza bullring, or a flamenco show. Overnight stay in Sevilla.

On day twelve, we depart for the Route of the White Villages and Ronda. After some free time in Ronda, we continue to the sunny Costa del Sol, where we'll enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

Day thirteen takes us to Granada. Here, we'll visit the spectacular group of monuments of the Alhambra and Generalife, former residence of the Moorish kings. Optional visit to the caves of Sacromonte and a typical show of gypsy flamenco is available. Dinner and overnight stay in Granada.

On the final day of our tour, we depart for the Imperial City of Toledo, full of history and monuments. After lunch and a city sightseeing tour, we continue back to Madrid, marking the end of our unforgettable journey.

On day five, we cross the Portuguese border to arrive in Viana do Castelo, a charming city nestled between the mouth of the river Miño and Porto. After some free time to explore the cobbled streets and emblazoned buildings of the old town, we continue to Braga, known as the city of archbishops. After a brief stop, we depart for Porto, a World Heritage city, where we'll spend the night.
