In the afternoon, prepare for your cycling adventure with a bicycle fitting session. As the day winds down, join us for a welcome drink and a stroll downtown, followed by a celebratory dinner featuring regional specialties.

Enjoy a free day in Córdoba, one of Spain's oldest cities. You can choose to rest or take a cycling trip to the impressive archaeological ruins of Medina Azahara. In the afternoon, join a local guide for a tour of the Mezquita of Córdoba and the old Jewish Quarter, where you'll wander through whitewashed neighborhoods adorned with flower-filled patios. In the evening, we'll gather for a farewell dinner for those on the 7-day itinerary.

Today's ride takes you through the rolling hills and olive groves of the Córdoba province, known for producing some of the world's finest olive oils. Enjoy a tasting session in the afternoon, where you'll get to sample the region's exquisite oils.

Start your day on a scenic trail, soon transitioning to the road where you'll be greeted by vistas of an endless sea of olive groves. You are now in one of Europe's largest olive-growing regions, home to an estimated 150 million olive trees.

Today's ride takes you through the beautiful countryside from Jaén to the monumental city of Úbeda, our home for the next two days. Úbeda, a wealthy Renaissance town, retains its character particularly in the old quarter. This afternoon, we'll visit a recently discovered synagogue that is nearly completely intact. Our hotel this evening is a remodeled Renaissance Palace, offering a royal experience.
Day 10 – Day 10: Exploring Úbeda and Baeza

Enjoy a free day in the intriguing city of Úbeda. Join us for a visit to a famous local ceramics studio in the morning, followed by an artist's demonstration. Spend the rest of the day exploring the historic Renaissance district or consider cycling to Baeza, another prominent Renaissance town. Both Úbeda and Baeza are UNESCO World Heritage sites and offer a wealth of architectural and cultural treasures.

Head south today towards the hills of the Sierra Nevada. As you cross the Sierra Magina and head towards the clay formations of Guadix, you'll notice a change in scenery. The towns in this valley are unique, with most houses built as caves inside clay mounds. Tonight, we'll visit a cave winery close to our hotel.

Today's ride takes you to Granada, a city nestled in the shadow of the Sierra Nevada mountains. As you pedal past fields of asparagus and tobacco, enjoy a fun downhill stretch. Your destination is the glorious city of Granada, home to the magnificent Alhambra. We'll have a final dinner together to celebrate the end of our cycling journey.

Spend the morning exploring the Alhambra, a stunning example of Moorish architecture.
