We sail towards the north of the lagoon passing by the island of San Michele where there is a monumental cemetery and then by the island of MURANO.
We continue sailing until we reach the islands of BURANO and TORCELLO, the northernmost islands of the lagoon.
Sailing along the eastern side of the lagoon we pass the island of SAN FRANCESCO DEL DESERTO and the long peninsula of Punta Sabbioni, the Venetians´ beach.

Today, we travel to Switzerland and arrive in Geneva. We'll visit the Palace of Nations, the English Garden, and admire the 'Jet d'Eau', Europe's tallest fountain. We then head to the picturesque village of Gruyeres, famous for its cheese. We'll visit the Cailler chocolate factory and taste some delicious Swiss chocolate. Our journey continues to Chillon Castle, a fantastic medieval castle built in the waters of the lake. We'll depart in the morning and include a cable car ride in Steinplatte up to the high mountains in the alpine region. In about 3 hours of travel, we arrive in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. We head first to the lively area of Vaci Utca. Free time for lunch. Afterwards, we have an included boat trip to discover the city from the Danube River, the historic 'Buda' on one bank of the river and the cosmopolitan 'Pest' on the other. The views are unbeatable. Afterwards, we'll begin the panoramic tour of the 'Queen of the Danube'. Free time. In the evening we will offer you an optional Magyar show with dinner included.

We will leave Budapest for Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia and a city alongside the Danube. With an attractive historic center, take time to see the city and enjoy lunch. After lunch we will continue our journey to the Czech Republic, Prague. Arriving in the evening, we will include a transfer to the Old Town Square. This central location provides a great introduction to Prague, full of energy and touristic activities. You can take your dinner at one of the restaurants offering international cuisines.

Today we will visit the capital, Prague, the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local expert will provide an informative city tour, which will include outstanding monuments. During the visit we walk through Prague Castle. Subsequently, we shall take a boat tour on the Vltava River. In the afternoon enjoy some free time to explore the city.
Day 19 – Day 19: Prague to Frankfurt via Pilsen and Rothenburg

We will have an early departure from Prague and stop in Pilsen, a city renowned for its beer. Time for a walk through its historic center. We will then cross into Germany where we will follow a section of the so-called 'Romantic Route'. Next, we will visit Rothenburg, a town that seems to come straight out of a fairy tale, and is considered to be one of the most beautiful villages in the country. Afterwards, we will head to Frankfurt. Arrival in the financial capital of Germany in the evening.

Today we will take a small Cruise on the Rhine, between the villages of Rudesheim and St. Goar, undoubtedly the river's most picturesque section. After this we will travel to Cologne, a city which stands out for its immense gothic cathedral. Then we head to the Netherlands. Arriving to Amsterdam in the evening.

Today we have a very exciting day in the Netherlands. We will go to Zaanse Schans with its mills, canals and its typical houses. Next Volendam, a very picturesque fishing village. A short boat trip from Volendam, will take us to Marken, where the houses there are built on stilts. After this, we travel to Amsterdam where we will enjoy a panoramic visit of the city to see its narrow canals, its official buildings and parks. We will also see the technique of diamond cutting. A large part of the visit will be done on foot.

We will leave for Bruges, a charming medieval city known as the 'Venice of the North' due to its picturesque canals. Its atmosphere is magical with cobblestone streets, historic buildings and romantic bridges. You can, if you wish, climb the Belfort, with its impressive views. Shall we try Belgian chocolate? Or do you prefer your typical craft beer? We will continue to France. Paris, arrival at the end of the day.

We come into contact with the history of France in the immense Palace of Versailles with its beautiful gardens. After that, on our way back to Paris, we head to Montmartre, and take a cable car to go up to this bohemian neighborhood known for its painters, artists and cabarets. To contemplate the beauty of the impressive avenues and monuments of Paris, you will have the city tour with a local guide. Return to the hotel. Optionally you can attend the variety show.

We go to the center of Paris, starting by the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to go up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument. Then we enjoy a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose. Note: in some cases the waits to go up the Eiffel Tower are long. Thus the climb may take place at a different time if it is considered convenient for organizational reasons. End of our services.
