Really angry - asked for someone who spoke English and the guide handed me over to a grumpy man who spoke absolutely NO English and did NOT drop me off at my hotel, I had to pay for internet to get Google maps and walk and find it. It was a really really awful experience and not what I paid for in any way. Total waste of money.

It appears to be a van but is actually a small SUV where it is impossible to carry 5 passengers. If we had brought a large suitcase, we would not have fit. I do not rate it worse because the driver was very attentive and friendly.
