Kickstart your adventure in Girona, home to Eat Sleep Cycle. From there, you'll embark on a 43 km journey northwards into the volcanic Catalan region of La Garrocha. After a gentle uphill climb, rest for the night in the tranquil village of Sant Miguel at the Rectoria Sant Miguel de Pineda (or similar).

After a hearty breakfast, set off on a 58.2 km journey to the town of Llanars, nestled in the Spanish foothills of the Pyrenees. Enjoy the scenic route and rest for the night at the Hotel Grevol Spa (or similar).
Day 3 – Day 3: Llanars to Céret

Day 3 takes you across the Spanish-French border and deep into the Pyrenees mountains. After a mostly steady climb and a long descent, you'll reach the French village of Céret. Spend the night at Les Arbousiers (or similar), a charming guesthouse with lush gardens.

Day 4 promises spectacular coastal views as you make your way back into Catalonia and Spain, towards the Mediterranean coast. The day's destination is L'Escala, home to the historical Ruins of Empúries. After exploring the ruins, rest for the night at the Hostal Spa Empuries (or similar), located on a secluded beach on the Costa Brava.
Day 5 – Day 5: L'Escala to Sant Feliu de Guíxols
