Portugal & Andalucia, 9 days

We kick off our journey from our bus terminal, heading towards the region of Extremadura. Our first stop is Trujillo, the birthplace of Spanish conquerors. Here, you'll have free time to explore the monumental Plaza Mayor. We then cross the Portuguese border to reach Lisbon, the capital city nestled at the mouth of the Tagus River. After settling into our accommodations, you have the option to attend a Fado show, a display of traditional Portuguese music and songs.

After breakfast, we embark on a city sightseeing tour, visiting the old Alfama Quarter, the iconic Tower of Belem, and the Monastery of Los Jeronimos. The afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure. You may choose to join an optional excursion to the charming towns of Sintra, Estoril, and Cascais.

We start the day with a hearty breakfast before departing for Fatima, an important center of pilgrimage. You'll have free time to visit the revered Shrine of Fatima. After a day of spiritual exploration, we return to Lisbon.

After breakfast, we depart for the Spanish border, heading to the city of Caceres. You'll have leisure time to explore its Plaza Mayor and the well-preserved medieval quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage site. After lunch, we continue southwards to Andalucia, arriving in the vibrant city of Seville where we'll have dinner and settle into our accommodations.

We start the day with a city tour, visiting the lush Park of María Luisa, the stunning Plaza de España, and the outskirts of the grand Cathedral with its Giralda Tower. We'll also explore the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the former Jewish quarter. Optional activities include a river cruise on the Guadalquivir, offering panoramic views of the Gold Tower and Expo 92, or a visit to the Maestranza bullring. In the evening, you may choose to attend a flamenco show.

After breakfast, we depart for Cordoba. Upon arrival, we start our walking tour from the Almodovar Gate, through the Jewish Quarter, and continue to the famous Mosque/Cathedral. The afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure. After a day of cultural immersion, we'll enjoy dinner and settle into our accommodations.

We start the day with breakfast before embarking on the Route of the White Villages and Ronda. You'll have free time to explore these charming areas. Optional excursions to Mijas or Gibraltar are available. We then continue to the sun-kissed Costa del Sol, where we'll have dinner and settle into our accommodations.

After breakfast, we depart for Granada. Here, we'll visit the spectacular Alhambra and Generalife, the former residence of the Moorish kings, renowned for its magnificent fountains, gardens, and arches. After a day of exploration, we'll enjoy dinner and settle into our accommodations. An optional visit to the Sacromonte Caves for a flamenco show is available.

After breakfast, we depart for the Imperial City of Toledo, a city brimming with history and monuments. After lunch, we'll embark on a city sightseeing tour, exploring its narrow streets and alleys. We then return to Madrid, marking the end of our unforgettable journey.
