Full Day E-bike Tour in the Luberon Region from Aix en Provence

Lucy was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the area. The bikes were modern and easy to ride. Beautiful ride with plenty of interesting stops. High recommended!

The bike trip through the Luberon villages was the highlight of our trip to Provence! Thank you to Suzzane who braved the weather with us (and the weather held up), we biked through four villages and made a trip to see Pont Julien. We had a traditional lunch at a cafe with a sun-room that overlooked the valley, below. Suzzane was flexible with the itinerary to accommodate our interests and knowledgeable of the area.

Absolutely perfect day! Beautiful architecture, villages, stops, and scenery. Jocelyn was possibly the best guide I've had in 20 years of travel. No exaggeration. 100% genuine, funny, energetic, and knowledgeable. Spent a whole day biking, loved every second of it, and would do it all over again any day!!

Such beautiful landscape with olive trees, lavender fields, vineyards and lovely villages…pictures can hardly do it justice. A fantastic day…highly recommend the ebike tour of the Liburon and Ines was a terrific guide.

Our bike tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Provence! The views of Provence from the bike were stunning. Our guide Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the local area and the native flora.

This tour was one of the highlights of my stay in Provence. It gave me the opportunity to admire the beautiful countryside and off the beaten path little villages. The tour guide, Pierre, was really kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Simply a great day! Pierre is the best, we had so much fun. I’d love to come back with other friends and do it again. If you like to bike, and you like wine, and you like to explore this beautiful region, DO IT😊!!

This tour under guidance of Pierre, A La Francais tour Co was another highlight of my stay in Provence. Pierre outlined at each stopping point what we could expect and the gradient when a slightly longer hill lay ahead. He set a good pace making sure each person was ok at each stopping point & was very supportive giving much encouragement to those of us at back😊. The route from Bonnieux was fantastic through Vieux Village D’Oppede, A stop at historical olive oil and winery had us tasting both products was a pleasant surprise before lunch. Interesting to learn more about how olives evolved here & production today. Lunch was a stop at beautiful Loumarin before cycling down a magnificent countryside before heading back up to Bonnieux. Having completed 42 km I needed a rest but such a memorable day having accomplished this distance in such exquisite surroundings . Thanks Pierre for making it such fun & so enjoyable

This e-bike tour was the highlight of my stay in Aix. The sights were beautiful and our guide, Greg, was wonderful at accommodating the group’s pace. I was nervous that it would be very intense but it was quite relaxed with multiple possible stops at cute towns with bathroom breaks and lunch.

Tips:

Pack a water bottle and sunglasses

It’s best to bring a backpack but you can also place a shoulder bag on one of the bicycle bags that hangs off the back.

Bring cash and some smaller bills for lunch.

Pack sunscreen to reapply.

You might be tempted to purchase really delicious olive oil at the olive oil museum.
