Our 5-hour guided tour with Nebojsa was the highlight of our time in Florence. He was an outstanding guide, knowledgeable and a great storyteller, bringing Florence's history to life. This tour is cleverly conceived: five hours with a one-hour break to grab a bite. The "Florence in a Day" tour includes access to the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia, in addition to most of the important exterior sights in the city. I deeply enjoyed every single moment of the tour, and at the end, I wished it was longer because the guide was so engaging.

We thought this was a great experience. Our guide, Greta, was exceptionally knowledgeable and enthusiastic to share her vast knowledge of the subject matter. The tour lasted just under five hours, and as she warned, we were pretty tired by the end of it but thought it was a great value.
The equipment provided worked perfectly. We could hear every word that was being shared. The meeting point was easy to find easy to keep the group together. Having those Fast-track tickets into the two venues was super nice.

Incredible small group tour which hits all the major sites in Florence. We went on the tour with our daughter (9) and the pacing was perfect. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and it was just us and one other family so felt like we had a private tour.
The five hours is split into two segments with an hour break for lunch which felt perfect and gave you time to relax and enjoy a great meal in the square which was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Nicolas of City Walk was the best tour guide we have ever experienced. He is funny, friendly to everyone including guards inside and out of the museum and street people. He was an art fanatic and was extremely knowledgeable. We totally enjoyed the tour with him. I would recommend him to any of my friend in a heart beat.
