Watching the sun rise and listening to the waves crash as we practiced yoga on the beach in Lagos was amazing. The perfect way to start the day. Lizi was a wonderful yoga instructor. The flow was gentle and welcoming to all. We are a family of five and we all enjoyed the experience. This is a must do when visiting Lagos, definitely worth getting up early for! Thank you Lizi!

Lizi did an amazing job. I booked the sunset and sunrise yoga and a few PT sessions with her while I was in Lagos and would definitely book them again if I come back here. She incorporated great exercises for me to do based on my abilities and the yoga was super relaxing in a beautiful setting.

We had an amazing beach yoga session this morning!! The location was Praia Batata - empty at that morning hour. Lizi was amazing, very considerate with us and all the yoga flows!! We love it and we definitely recommend it while in Lagos!!
