On time, good guides. This is a worthwhile visit both for the history and all of the rooms in this gigantic building.

Loved the tour and our guide was very well informed. I liked how she tried to place each of the rooms we visited into some sort of historical and philosophical context. i would have liked the tour to be longer than the approx 1 hour as many of the rooms we visited were vary similar - long carpeted galleries. Nevertheless an excellent place to visit and to learn something of Romanias recent history

Amazing building with so many big numbers reflected in every fact associated with it.
Small group size was nice too.

The building is so formidable it takes your breath away, even on approach. A truly special place both mesmerising and hauntingly sad when you realise it was build with 30% of the annual Romanian budget. It’s a warning from history, beware the “gold tap and chandelier” crowd, they are only in it for themselves. Great tour, fascinating place and a tragic piece of Romanian and Cold War history.

Only one minor complaint - the office where you meet the person who takes you to the parliament for the fast track ticket is a little tricky to find and could be better explained on the site. She then raced us to the Parliament to get there on time.
With that said, we got through security and met with our official guide almost immediately. He was charming and totally engaged with us and clearly in love with the building and its history. The building itself is beyond impressive in sheer magnitude and the quality of materials used was amazing. I highly recommend the tour - you'll never see anything like this again.

We started our tour at a small shop and office down the road from the palace. The lady there was very friendly; she gave us stickers and walked with us to the palace, directed us through security, and then introduced us to our guide before departing. The tour itself was wonderful—we explored six or seven beautifully opulent halls and rooms across the first two levels of the palace, each as magnificent as you’d imagine. I had hoped we might see the upper floors with views over the city, but it’s understandable that those are private office spaces and not accessible to visitors. The tour guide inside the palace was also very nice and explained details you’d never have noticed with out her. Overall, I thought the experience was excellent value and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Well worth a visit - you get to see about 10 rooms of the 1100 they have - each one is big and has the decorations and carpets from when it was built. Without spoiling the tour, the information by the guide was very informative not only why the architectural style was chosen but also about some of the history about why the building was built, it's location etc - very informative -
