It can happen because Alhambra tickets are limited, and sometimes they may not be available for various reasons. However, we have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them due to our dedication and experience. But please rest assured, this happens very rarely; you are in good hands. We prefer to inform you about the system, and this is how all agencies operate. So when you make the reservation, you must read carefully that you cannot have train reservations or other activity; you must have the whole day dedicated to the Alhambra because there may be changes in the schedule. It does not depend on us but on the complexity of the monument. We are aware of the importance of this visit for you, we want to meet your needs, but when you make reservations, you accept these conditions; in case of cancellation, all the money will be refunded through the platform.

Amazing!

Lara was a great guide... many details beyond standard script. Agency got tickets for Nassarid palaces when others said they were unavailable. More expensive then others, but they came through on short notice.

We took this private tour of the Alhambra because I expected it to be a highlight of our trip to Spain. It definitely was! Abubakr was our guide, and he was outstanding. I came already knowing a fair amount about the history of this period, but he added so much. At the same time, my husband knew little, but it didn't matter. You could come on this tour with zero background knowledge and fall in love with the Alhambra thanks to this intimate tour. Abubakr taught us to recognize some Arabic words in the calligraphy we saw in the Alhambra, and helped us understand the meaning of the patterns and symbolism -- so fascinating! This tour was three hours, but it went quickly because there was so much to see and learn. Thank you for the great tour, Abubakr!!!

The tour was exceptional. The guide communicated very well, was passionate about the subject and covered all topics of interest. He was very knowledgeable about the calligraphy and meaning in all of the symbols, writings and architecture. Information about water features was particularly interesting.
