I am not sure where to begin. We had absolutely a terrible travel day. Delays cost our flight into Barcelona to be moved several hours. I contacted our driver through the app and they may adjustments quickly. Because of the change in travel our baggage did not make it to Barcelona, my husband was stuck at the office inside the airport for two hours. Our driver waited with me. I know that’s not what he needed to do as far as his job was concerned, but he waited. I think that’s what I would like to say about my experience, he was a good driver, pointed out sites on our way to the hotel, but most importantly, he was a good man who realized that I was out of my element, exhausted and a little frustrated. And he waited. I will use this company every single time I travel.

Easier than expected getting through Barcelona airport. Driver asked to be notified when through passport control. Ended up being 1.5 hours earlier than expected. BUT driver was approaching us as we got to meeting place. So no waiting. Was very happy after 8 hour overnight flight.
