Awesome experience at best prices on the market.
We were picked up at 7.05am punctually by our driver who then proceeded to pick up the remaining others. After a delay of around 45mins to see whether the ballons could fly due to bad flying conditions (through no fault of the tour agency but unfortunately meant that we missed the sunrise) we were lucky enough to get the go ahead.
The ballon ride was around 60mins in total and we were treated to spectacular views of Love Valley, Goreme Valley, and Uchisar. This is my second such ride and I will say that this tour was even better than my first, which was with another company.
The pilot was knowledgable and took time to explain some views/sights. Take off was smooth and landing was a tad bumpy but overall there were no issues.
On a side note there was a hiccup with the booking as the tour agency cancelled my booking through Viator by mistake but it was resolved within a few minutes of contact over WhatsApp. Great customer service, no harm done.

I was lucky enough to have the owner himself fly my hot air balloon. I had chosen the ultra package. A little bit more expensive than the basic packages but definitely worth it considering this is a once in a lifetime bucket list kinda thing to do and there are only 16 people maximum overall with 4 in 1 basket. Breakfast buffet is included in the price as well along with pick up from your hotel and drop off back after. Everything was perfect and on point. And the weather didnt disappoint either.
