After breakfast, meet your tour leader and a local guide for a 3-hour sightseeing tour of Stockholm. Visit the Senate Square, explore the bustling market square - Kauppatori, and marvel at the impressive Tuomio Kirkko (cathedral). After breakfast, embark on a 3-hour sightseeing tour of Riga. Visit the UNESCO world heritage sights such as the elegant Art Nouveau district and the old town with many medieval churches. Drive along the central boulevards of Riga, surrounded by beautiful city Canal Park and Bastion hill, and visit the Riga Castle. After breakfast, depart for Vilnius on a long-distance coach. On the way, take a short photo break at the impressive pilgrimage site, Hill of Crosses. Upon arrival in Vilnius, embark on a 3-hour sightseeing tour of the city. Explore the Old Town, visit the Vilnius Cathedral, and marvel at Saint Anne's Church, one of Lithuania's Gothic masterpieces. After breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Vilnius at your own pace. You can indulge in some last-minute shopping for Baltic souvenirs, try the local cuisine, or choose some of the optional activities. Overnight at Congress Hotel or similar.

After breakfast at the hotel, depending on your departure time, you might still have some time to enjoy in the city. Arrange your transfer to the airport (can be pre-booked in advance) and bid farewell to the beautiful Baltic region.
