Emergency hotline

You will receive your bike at the first accommodation. It will either be waiting for you on arrival or delivered by 9 am on day 2.

This is a 27 speed touring bike (usually the Tour de Suisse brand) equipped with a water resistant pannier, repair kit (spare tube per bike, pump and tool set) and smartphone holder. The bikes have gel saddles for seating comfort.

E-Bikes are available on request - supplement applies. This is an 8 speed Flyer brand with frames available in four sizes (we have your height from your booking form). E-bikes come with panniers, a service kit (pump, spare tube, tools) and a smartphone holder.

Please note that e-bikes are heavier than normal bikes and given the higher speed possible, should only be ridden by confident cyclists. The minimum age for e-bike rental is 16 years and a minimum height requirement is 160cm / 5ft3".

Helmet rental is included, or you can bring one with you from home. Although it is not a legal requirement to wear one we strongly recommend that you do. This should be requested at the time of booking.

Please use the locks to secure your cycles every time they are left unattended (particularly overnight).

RENTAL BIKE INSURANCE

Insurance against theft and damage for the rental bikes is already included in your tour price.

If you have a problem with your bike, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience. Of course negligence and the failure to properly secure your bike when unattended would obviously void this insurance.

In case of a breakdown of a rented bike, please contact our service hotline. We provide the material to solve minor problems such as a flat tire. In case of larger problems, we organize a transfer, show you the way to the nearest service station or find the suitable public transport connection for you. With us, you are in good hands. Let us know if you have any problems.

We also provide you with short instructional videos to help you fix the puncture.
