Today, visit Oeschinensee, one of the most beautiful Alpine lakes in Switzerland, often referred to as the jewel of the Bernese Oberland. A short gondola lift ride takes you up to the Heuberg Viewpoint and picnic spot. Marvel at the cobalt blue water of the lake, surrounded by the snow-capped peaks of the Doldenhorn and the Bluemlisalphorn. Stop by the mountain chalets at Obberbargli and Underbargli for refreshments and enjoy the serene beauty of the surroundings.
