Lily gave us a very nice tour of Helsinki! She was on time, easy to locate, and full of great information about the city highlights. She provided useful safety information, checked to make sure all participants were properly equipped for winter touring, and gave us options to customize the tour to meet our goals (shopping time vs seeing more sites). All in all, a very enjoyable day, and so much easier than trying to see all of these sites on our own.

Our 20 days trip to Finland Norway and Iceland began with our day tour in Helsinki with guide Harry of Helsinki Tours. Very knowledgeable about the history and Geography of the city Harry took us to monument like white church, govt. palace, Uspensky Cathedral. Harry told us the stories about the Russian and Swedish past, took us to old market, a mix of old and new in the city. Park showing the great son of music was our tour highlight.
We had a wonderful experience.
We are thankful to tour company and Harry our guide in making our day trip enjoyable on our first day outing.

The history was fascinating and the area was beautiful . Tania was very informative and interesting. The library was honestly not why I booked the outing but was one of the highlights

Harry our guide was very informative and due to the cathedral being closed to tourists & not knowing this prior, he was able to swing us towards some other buildings that weren’t necessarily normally part of the tour. He looked after us whilst walking around the town, getting on/off the ferry to the island and headed us in the direction of food for lunch prior to catching the ferry
The only minor negative comment I would have is that he didn’t get us together as a group at the end of the tour coming off the ferry so that we could say farewell to both he and other participants and thank him.

The entire experience was educational, relaxed, and fun! We left with a better understanding of Finland history, culture, and definitely a good layout of the area to be able to travel about on our own the next few days

Our tour guide Sanna was wonderful! Her talks were informative and interesting, and she also took great pains to tend to individual needs and questions. I’ve traveled to over 70 countries and have taken dozens of tours. Her expertise and hospitality place her in the top 10%.
