3-Hour Shared Arctic Morning Floating Experience in Norway

The tour was well run and the ice floating experience was fabulous - lots of fun. Would recommend this!

This was my favourite trip of the week. Fantastic scenery, so relaxing floating in the fjord. The guides were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. 3 out of the 4 of us were nervous about doing it - ALL enjoyed it. Thank you for a fantastic experience and memory.

Amazing experience from start to finish.

The float was so relaxing, we stayed in the water over an hour.

The crew were very good and made sure to get photos of us so you don’t need to worry about taking your phone in as to be honest you won’t be able to use them in the water anyway due to the suits.

We were so lucky with the weather perfect morning, worth every penny .

Wonderful experience with the Authentic North team. What a wonderful feeling to float in a frozen fjord without the sensation of cold. Absolute relaxation in the daylight of this polar night. The team is very responsive if you have any questions and will do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time. We highly recommend this extraordinary experience.

OMG, what an amazing experience. I was a bit nervous at first, but once I was in the water and floating, I was so relaxed. Highly recommend doing it.

This was a really cool experience. You travel by van about 25 mins to a picturesque seaside location. You’ll have to hike down a gentle slope( and back up at the end) - it wasn’t too difficult. You’ll find the frozen waters with a gorgeous backdrop of snow covered mountains. There’s a hut with benches where you’ll leave your coats & boots. You’ll get a warm set of coveralls & wool socks to wear , and the guides will help you into the floating suit. You then walk down to the water and float. There is a guide with you the entire time, and they take plenty of photos which they share. I stayed in about 50mins and didn't feel cold , After floating they serve warm drinks and snacks. Really an incredible experience - highly recommend .

This was so fun and relaxing. Nothing like floating in the Arctic in the snow. The guides were friendly and helpful
