From the pick up time to drop off time everything was fantastic great tour guide very knowledgeable. The packed lunch was just right to have before moving on for the second part of the tour. I highly recommend it

Although it noted pick up at hotel, we had to go to another meeting point, advised the night before. This was about 15 mins away, but apart from that all was very well organised

This was so sad and yet very interesting to see our tour guide was very professional explained everything in such a good manner ! It’s an eye opener this trip and would advise anyone to do it ! Our lunch that was provided was very tasty !

À dramatic story! So sad for all of them. Innocent people, humains! Murdered! Must never forget that that can happen again in history... Not so much for me, but my children and grand children... and off spring!

We booked our tour fairly last minute through Tripadvisor as we had thought we could just do it ourselves (which apparently you can’t do?!). Royal Krakow Tours are great though. We were picked up from our hotel (does cost extra) via mini bus and taken to Auschwitz, which is about 90mins from Krakow. Our guide (can’t remember her name annoyingly!) was excellent and very informative. The museum itself could be a lot more interactive, it feels quite basic, and apparently will be in time more engaging(not the fault of Royal Krakow Tours). All in all we were at Auschwitz for over 3hrs, and are glad we saw it. Not sure I’d return in a hurry, as expected it’s very bleak, but I’d recommend booking through Royal Krakow Tours if you want to experience Auschwitz without the hassle of organising yourself.
