Although I am not a morning person, this was definitely worth getting out of bed for. Alex was an excellent, knowledgeable guide with many a story up his sleeve. He was funny and had impeccable timing! The Peles castle was beautiful inside and out. Brasov offered great opportunity for a break with crepes and fab vin fiert (mulled wine). The Bran castle was a typical tourist attraction that probably did not know what to do with itself. Fantastic as a medieval fortress with a rich history but spoiled a bit by slightly cheap looking Dracula-inspired decorations. The location, however, was STUNNING. The driver handled the journey with skill, making for a wonderful day all in all. One word of caution: don’t forget the CASH for the admissions!

A very long wonderful day. A real glimpse into Transylvania..I wish we had had longer..the coach journey was very relaxing with majestic snowy landscapes feeling like your inside a snow globe, Adrian is a real gem, his insight and knowledge made the experience unforgettable .he did warn us to get some Garlic, and we listened to his advice

We loved this tour! The tour was well planed, and Adrian was very knowledgeable and informative on everything we saw. He was humorous and kept us in good spirits the whole time. We felt as if we saw everything we had imagined, and felt like we had learned something. 10/10 experience, would recommend.

Fabulous tour - albeit over a 12 hour trip, Serban our guide and driver was unbelievable, early, polite, extremely knowledgeable and a FIRST CLASS DRIVER, Peles Castle, Draculas Castle (be prepared to be disappointed - my Dracula defence props weren’t needed 😂) and Brasov was a lovely old town with a beautiful square and wonderful church

We had a great day, Alex was an excellent tour guide and Victor was a great driver. He was very knowledgeable on the local area and the castles. Make sure you take cash as entrance to the castles are not included in this trip. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this tour!
Had a bit of a wait to get into the first castle, which can’t really be avoided on a weekend, so wrap up warm if going in winter.
Just the right amount of time at each stop. We arrived late the night before so didn’t manage to bring any drinks / snacks but there were plenty of opportunities to grab a drink & food along the way.
I’d recommend bringing a travel pillow / entertainment as there is quite a bit of drive time.

Our recent trip was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Adrian. From the very beginning, his warm demeanor, sharp sense of humor, and positive energy set the tone for a fantastic day. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly approachable, always willing to answer questions and offer help with a smile. His enthusiasm was contagious, making every moment of the tour unique.
The tour was very well-organized, and I really appreciated that we were informed about everything in advance through WhatsApp. It was also reassuring to have the guide’s WhatsApp contact, which allowed us to communicate with him directly and immediately if we needed anything. This added a great sense of security to the experience.
The only thing I would add is that I would suggest spending more time in Brașov, as we didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy it. Also, it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that, being Sunday, there would be more traffic, so we could have planned our time accordingly! Also, It would have been better if there was an option to pay by card for the entrance fees to the castles.
