This class was one of the best cooking classes I've taken! Carlos took us to the market to buy supplies for class and introduced us to the vendors as we went along. He clearly has good relationships with all. Our menu was was based on local cuisine and was delicious. Carlos explained and demonstrated techniques, and answered our many questions. I very much enjoyed the class and recommend to all.

Highly recommend! We had a great unique culinary experience with ample history sprinkled in. Our instructor was outstanding with my 9 year old daughter, forever creating a fan of cooking in the Basque region. It was a lovely afternoon.

What a fantastic class! Carlos was friendly and informative, showing us around the market while sharing lots of facts and stories. The cooking school is spacious and well equipped for the amazing class we did, making 4 traditional Basque dishes, to then share with a few drinks at the end.

This Basque Cooking Class was great - highly recommended! Day starts with a visit to the markets with our Chef Carlos. We were a small group and received expert tutition to make 4 Basque regional dishes. We also got to eat the results paired with local cider/wines.Carlos was an excellent teacher & also provided recommendations on where to eat & drink in San Sebastián.
