The time slot you choose in the booking is for the Heineken Experience. The canal cruise ticket will be an open ticket. A time slot for the canal cruise must be reserved upon arrival in Amsterdam. There are 16 'Tours & Tickets' shops in the city centre of Amsterdam where you can validate your open Canal cruise ticket for a time slot ticket. With the timeslot reservation you can also choose the preferred departure point. Departure points are Amsterdam CS, Rijksmuseum (near Heineken Experience), Leidse Plein and Anne Frank Museum. The Heineken Experience offers interesting information about the company’s history in English. A visit typically lasts 1.5 hours Minimum age for the Heineken Experience is 18 years In accordance with Dutch law, alcoholic beverages won’t be served to visitors under 18 years old There is an audioguide on the boat.
