What a great way to explore the city! Highly recommend
Mattel was funny and a great just mixing history with humour to make this an entertaining trip
First on we bagged the lie back cushions which was great and lazy after walking for sometime round the city beforehand
Explored a few bits after we had come across on the tour and even got a dinner recommendation which was fab
Some of the seats were a little cramped but didn’t affect us at all
I think the open top option was one id recommend as everything g was so visible

I would highly recommend this canal cruise. We went for the unlimited drinks option and definitely got our money worth (wines, Prosecco, soft, beer). Peter the captain was great and was very knowledgeable. We met some lovely people and would definitely do this again. We got lucky with the weather but if you’re not as lucky there are umbrellas and blankets provided.

Anton was our guide and Tim was our driver who were both amazing. We did the unlimited drinks package and was definitely worth it! Such a fab way to see and learn about Amsterdam - thank you!

We typically don't do these kinds of tours because they tend to be rather gimmicky. But, per our Uber driver's recommendation, and the enthusiasm of the rest of our group, we decided to do it, and we were not disappointed.
There were several convenient times to choose from, and one that worked perfectly on our last day in Amsterdam. Our bartender and guide for the cruise was Dean. He was very knowledgeable about the city, and the different areas we were in. He was attentive to making sure each one of us had what we needed to enjoy our time.
We highly recommend participating in this. It really was a great way to see so much more of the city than we could have just by walking. Comfortable, accommodating, and very insightful experience.

When we arrived at the tour they informed us that the open boat wasn’t an option as the boat was broken. They have a closed boat option. The tour itself was good and informative. We were supposed to have unlimited drinks on the open boat but on the boat we had to take they did a cheese and wine tour it would be 10 more euros. We didn’t want to add an upgrade but after that they didn’t offer us any drinks even though they should have been included. The scenery was beautiful but just felt like it was missing something looking through windows. Later that day we say the open boat operating, bummer we didn’t get to do it

Honestly didn't think it was worth it. Usually tours like these are fun and engaging. But this experience was dry.
Also unlimited drinks only include beer, wine, and Prosecco.

Made an enquiry in the flagship store, you g lady advised us to book online to get the best deal for open top cruise with unlimited drinks. Advised to get there early, but on arrival we were refused access to the boat, the guy tried to put us on a cheaper cruise boat with a roof, not very nice, not what we had booked for my daughters birthday The man was really rude, telling me the lady in the store had made a mistake etc....eventually we waited around & got on the next cruise, but it wasn't what we payed for, not unlimited drinks only wines beers or cold canned drinks , however compliments to Ezra the guide and the skipper for saving the day! Those two guys compared to the others on the canal side are a credit to the Company!
