Welcome to Amsterdam, the vibrant capital of Holland! Upon arrival, you'll have some time to explore the city's famous museums, canals, and nightlife before we gather for a safety meeting and bike fitting. We'll then take a short bike ride to get acquainted with our bicycles, followed by a special welcome dinner.

Today, we'll cycle out of Amsterdam and into the region of the Hollandic Waterline, a 17th-century defense system featuring castles and military forts. We'll pass by the imposing Muiderslot and Weesp forts, pedal through the charming town of Breukelen, and end the day with a delightful dinner onboard our boat.

Our journey continues to the town of Schoonhoven, renowned for its silversmiths and carillon makers. From there, we'll cycle to Gouda, famous for its orange cheese, and visit the town's cheese museum. Our next stop is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kinderdijk, where 19 majestic windmills form a stunning sight. We'll end the day in Dordrecht, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk in town after dinner.

We'll start the day with a bike ride before cruising into Antwerp, the city of diamonds. Here, we'll enjoy a guided visit of the city's Cathedral, featuring the art of Flemish painter Peter Paul Rubens. You'll then have the rest of the day to explore the city's historic center, diamond district, and the Red Star Line Museum. Dinner will be on your own, giving you the chance to sample the local cuisine.

Leaving Antwerp behind, we'll return to the countryside, cycling along the Schelde river and small roads. We'll visit a 200-year-old family-run brewery before continuing our ride to the quaint town of Sint Amands.

Today, we'll cycle along the river before branching north through historic marshes. We'll then return to our boat for lunch as it cruises closer to Ghent, one of the prettiest cities in Belgium. You'll have the afternoon to explore the city's traditional Flemish buildings, small streets, and plazas. Dinner will be on your own, giving you the chance to sample the local cuisine.
