Welcome to Amsterdam, the starting point of our European adventure. We begin with a visit to a traditional cheese farm for a demonstration of cheese and clog making. Afterward, we'll head to the charming lakeside town of Volendam for lunch. Our next stop is Zaanse Schans, known for its historic windmills and wooden houses. We'll return to Amsterdam for a delightful canal cruise, offering a unique perspective of the city. The day concludes with a group dinner.

We leave Amsterdam behind and head to the picturesque Rhine Valley in Germany. Here, we'll visit a local wine merchant for a tasting session, sampling a variety of delicious German wines. If we're lucky, we might even get to try the sweet dessert wine, eiswein. Next, we'll board a riverboat and sail from Boppard to St Goar, taking in the stunning views of medieval castles along the riverbanks.

We'll end the day with a group dinner, sampling authentic Czech cuisine.

Today is a free day to explore Prague at your leisure. Often described as the jewel in the crown of Central Europe, Prague is as engaging as Barcelona, London, or Amsterdam and as beautiful as Paris. In the evening, you have the option to experience traditional Czech culture with an evening excursion filled with great food, music, and dancing.
