Welcome to Amsterdam, the city of canals. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your modern river ship. Spend the day acquainting yourself with this vibrant city. In the evening, meet your Cruise Director and fellow travelers at a Captain's Welcome Reception.

Start your day with a guided boat tour through Amsterdam's intricate network of canals. After some free time in Amsterdam, travel by coach to Utrecht, stopping en route at Rembrandt's Windmill. In the evening, enjoy a special Gala Dinner as your ship sets off along the Rhine.

Cruise into the scenic city of Cologne, renowned for its iconic cathedral, the Kolner Dom. Disembark and take a short drive to the town of Bruhl for an exclusive Insider Experience.

Experience the breathtaking beauty of the Rhine Gorge as you cruise to the town of Rudesheim. Here, board the Winzerexpress mini-train to Siegfried's Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum, home to a stunning collection of automated musical instruments.

Today, discover the charming town of Miltenberg, known for its well-preserved medieval and early modern buildings. Enjoy an Insider Experience that offers a unique insight into the town's history and culture.

Travel by coach through picturesque landscapes to the city of Wurzburg. Visit the city's baroque palace and stroll through the beautiful Court Garden. Later, you may choose to visit the medieval town of Rothenburg, a place straight out of a fairy tale.

Cruise along the final stretch of the Main River before reaching the city of Bamberg. Spend the afternoon exploring the city at your own pace or join a guided tour. In the evening, your ship will navigate the Main-Danube Canal.

Explore Nuremberg, a city steeped in history and known for Hitler's infamous rallies. Wander through the cobblestone streets, discovering hidden boutiques and artisan stores. End your day cruising through the Main-Danube Canal, crossing Europe's Continental Divide.

Arrive in the charming city of Regensburg, located on the Danube River. Spend the day exploring the city's major sights on a guided walking tour.

Arrive in Passau, the 'Three Rivers City', where the rivers Inn and Ilz join the Danube. You may choose to join an optional tour to Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic or travel to Salzburg, famous for 'The Sound of Music'. Alternatively, stay on board and enjoy a relaxing sailing day to Linz.

Join a local guide to visit Melk Abbey, a Benedictine monastery with a history dating back to 1089. Cruise through the picturesque Wachau Valley before continuing to Durnstein, where you have a free afternoon to explore.

Arrive in Vienna, the city of music. Join a walking tour to visit St Stephen's Cathedral, the Graben, Hofburg Palace, and the Albertina. Later, you may choose to visit the Naschmarkt, Vienna's most popular market. In the evening, consider an optional concert featuring music from Mozart to 'The Sound of Music'.

Enjoy a day at leisure in Vienna. You may choose to visit the Hofburg area and the Imperial Treasury, or take an optional excursion to Schonbrunn Palace. Alternatively, head to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, for a change of scenery.

Arrive in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. Join a local guide to explore the city. Later, you may choose to join an optional tour to the Hospital in the Rock Bunker Museum. In the evening, celebrate your river cruise with a Captain's Farewell Dinner.

After breakfast, bid farewell to your fellow travelers and disembark from your river ship. You will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
