European Magic (Summer, Start Amsterdam, 9 Days)

Kickstart your European adventure in London, where you'll meet your travel crew and set off for the continent. En route, marvel at the stunning White Cliffs of Dover before boarding a ferry to Calais, France. From there, we journey to our final destination for the day, Amsterdam. Here, you'll get your first taste of the city's unique charm with a nighttime exploration of its iconic canals and 17th-century houses. Optional evening canal cruise available.

Spend the morning exploring Amsterdam's cobbled streets and canal-lined avenues. Sample Dutch mini pancakes at a local 'Poffertjes' cafe or browse the quaint bookshops before we set off for Germany. Our destination is the Rhine Valley, a picturesque region renowned for its premium wines. Here, you'll be treated to a sensory feast as we cruise along the sprawling river.

Bid farewell to the Rhine Valley as we journey to Munich, a city known for its traditional Bavarian culture. Upon arrival, a local guide will take you on a tour of the city, including a visit to the famous Glockenspiel. In the evening, immerse yourself in 800 years of history at a traditional Bavarian beer hall.

We leave Munich behind and embark on a scenic drive through the Bavarian Alps, past enchanting castles and lush vineyards. Our first stop is Innsbruck, a vibrant student city in Austria, known for its medieval old town and Olympic Ski Jump. After lunch, we continue our journey to Venice, Italy's city of love. Spend the evening soaking in the romantic ambiance of this unique city.

Spend a full day exploring the enchanting city of Venice. Start with a private boat ride through the city's famous canals, followed by a guided walking tour to uncover hidden gems. You'll also have the option to take a traditional gondola ride or explore the city at your own pace. In the evening, consider joining an authentic Venetian three-course feast.

We say 'ciao' to Venice and journey towards the Swiss Alps. En route, we'll pass the beautiful Lake Como. Our destination is Lucerne, a fairytale town nestled against a stunning lake backdrop. Visit the iconic wooden chapel bridge and lion monument, and consider joining an optional lake cruise in the evening. Don't forget to try some Swiss chocolate!

We leave Lucerne behind and head to the city of love, Paris. Upon arrival, indulge in a delicious French dinner. Afterward, explore the city at your leisure, perhaps savoring a glass of fine wine or visiting a trendy fashion boutique. End the night with breathtaking city views from the Montparnasse Tower.

Spend the day exploring Paris at your own pace. Visit the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral, explore the vast collections at the Louvre, or simply enjoy a coffee and crepes at a local cafe. In the evening, consider attending a cabaret show at the iconic Moulin Rouge, complete with VIP seats and dinner, for a truly memorable experience.

Enjoy your final morning in Paris with a coffee and croissant, reminiscing about the incredible journey you've had. We then board our coach for the return journey to London, passing through Calais and taking in views of World War I battlefields in the Valley of the Somme and Vimy Ridge. As we arrive back in London, say goodbye to your travel companions and start dreaming of your next adventure.
