Day 1 – Day 1: Amsterdam to Haarlem

We'll gather in Amsterdam in the morning and transfer to Haarlem, where our cycling journey begins. We'll ride along the coast, passing through beautiful dunes and vibrant beach resorts. In the spring, we'll have the opportunity to visit the stunning Keukenhof tulip fields. After a day of exploration, we'll enjoy a welcome dinner together at our hotel, the Lion d'Or (or similar).
Day 2 – Day 2: De Rijp to Hoorn and Enkhuizen

Our second day begins in the colorful town of De Rijp, known for its green gabled houses and whaling heritage. We'll visit a working windmill before cycling over canals and wooden drawbridges to the seafaring towns of Schermerhorn and Hoorn. After a local lunch in Hoorn, we'll continue to Enkhuizen, where we'll spend the night near the picturesque harbor at the Hotel Suydersee (or similar).
Day 3 – Day 3: Stavoren to Hindeloopen and Lemmer

On day three, we'll board a ferry to Stavoren and then cycle along Lake IJsselmeer to the old port of Hindeloopen. This is a great opportunity to learn about local history and visit traditional towns. We'll end the day in Lemmer, overlooking the yachts, and stay at the Hotel Iselmar (or similar).
Day 4 – Day 4: Giethoorn to Staphorst

Day four takes us through forests and watery landscapes to Giethoorn, often referred to as the Venice of Holland. This charming village is crisscrossed with canals and dotted with thatched houses and humpback bridges. We'll spend the night at the grand Chateau De Havixhorst (or similar) in Staphorst.
Day 5 – Day 5: Orvelte to Odoorn

We'll start day five by visiting a bird sanctuary at our hotel, greeting hundreds of storks and peacocks. We'll then cycle through dreamy hamlets nestled deep in the woods and visit the craft village in Orvelte. Our day ends in the peaceful village of Odoorn, where we'll enjoy a dinner of savory Dutch pancakes at the Hotel De Hunzebergen (or similar).
Day 6 – Day 6: Emmen to Eext and Odoorn

On day six, we'll cycle through dramatic moors adorned with purple heather and prehistoric stone beds. We'll visit the outdoor market in Emmen and its award-winning zoo. Our journey continues through fertile pastures and dense woodlands to the thatched village of Eext. We'll return to Odoorn for a farewell dinner at the Hotel De Hunzebergen (or similar).
