Welcome to the vibrant city of Amsterdam, the starting point of our Northern Explorer tour. After checking in at the hotel, we'll head out to experience the beautiful Dutch countryside. We'll visit a local farm where you'll witness the traditional making of clogs and cheese. Later in the evening, we'll embark on a canal cruise, one of the best ways to see this amazing city and its sights. We'll wrap up the day with a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. The rest of the night is free for you to explore Amsterdam at your leisure.

We'll depart Amsterdam and head towards Germany, arriving in the bustling city of Hamburg in the late afternoon. Here, we'll embark on an orientation tour, exploring the city's impressive harbour and over 50 museums. After the tour, you'll have some free time to grab dinner and explore the city further. Later, we'll continue our journey to our accommodation in a quaint town in Northern Germany.

Today, we'll journey to Scandinavia, crossing the border into Denmark and heading towards the Danish capital, Copenhagen. En route, we'll visit Odense, the birthplace of fairytale author Hans Christian Andersen. Upon arrival in Copenhagen, we'll embark on an orientation tour of the city, showcasing why this charming city has been voted one of the world's most liveable so many years in a row.

We'll depart Copenhagen and take a short drive to the port town of Helsingør, home to Kronborg Castle, the setting for Shakespeare's Hamlet. From here, we'll take a short ferry ride to Sweden, followed by a scenic drive through the stunning rural Swedish scenery to Gothenburg, Sweden's second city. After a brief tour of Gothenburg, we'll cross the border into Norway and travel north to Oslo, the capital city full of Scandinavian culture and charm.

Today, we'll explore Oslo, starting with a locally guided tour of Norway's cool, compact and captivating capital city. A local expert will showcase the city's highlights including Akershus Castle, the Royal Palace and the Oslo Opera House. After the city tour, the rest of the day is free for you to explore at your own pace. You can visit one of the city's famous museums or galleries, stroll around town admiring the architecture or choose a local spot to enjoy lunch and dinner.

Today, we'll bid farewell to Norway and travel back to Sweden. We'll pass through various landscapes, including Karlstad on the shores of Lake Vänern, before arriving in Örebro for lunch. After lunch, we'll visit Sigtuna, the oldest town in Sweden, before continuing to Stockholm, Sweden's gorgeous capital. In the evening, we'll absorb the vibrant atmosphere of the Scandinavian capital city and enjoy an included dinner with the group.

We'll arrive in Helsinki in the late morning and head off on a city tour with a local guide. You'll see the highlights of Helsinki including the Helsinki Cathedral and Senate Square. Today, we'll travel to the Baltic States, starting with a ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn, Estonia. It's an intriguing city to discover.
