Introduction to the potter's wheel

Hello Bethany and Joshua and lovely to meet you both at the weekend. Thank you so much for this lovely review and it's music to our ears you both felt at home and welcome in our studio. Sarah and myself really enjoyed your session, so much joy and laughter - what a super group... and thank goodness you were both as brilliant as each other!! Thank you Mark for this lovely review of your morning with us on Thursday....and 'hats off' for making the long journey. We are delighted you considered the experience well worth the trip. I'm sure you'd have noticed, we enjoyed facilitating the session just as much as everybody enjoyed their pot throwing. Thanks for reviewing your Introduction to the Potter's Wheel Class. We had two cracking sessions on Saturday, excellent classes, lots of fun and the time flew by for us too. If you've never thrown a pot on the wheel before, it can be quite a step out of the comfort zone. We totally acknowledge some of our guests are going to feel anxious on arrival and we go out of our way to make everybody feel relaxed and valued. There is increasing competition out there so we genuinely appreciate every single person who plumps for Eastnor Pottery - thank you! Herefordshire is rather beautiful isn't it and there are hundreds of gorgeous b&b's in the Ledbury area, perfect for a short break in the Shire. It goes without saying that we'd love to see you both again, maybe on our day or weekend potter's wheel extravaganza? Hello Helen and thank you for reviewing your morning with us. The majority of participants who join us on our Intro classes have little or no experience of working with clay - so you would have indeed been in good company on Saturday. Not that we'd ever blow our own trumpet or anything, but our 90 minute potter's wheel experience is probably the best taster session in the land! Thank you for commenting on our relaxed and encouraging approach. We think our customers learn so much more when they feel comfortable and we go out of our way to make our participants feel at home. Thanks once again for coming and we're made up you felt it was a fantastic experience. We thought you were both fantastic participants. :)
