Service was as described…HopOn…HopOff!
The tour included all the spots we desired and stopped immediately at our hotel, Marriott County Lane.
We also took the river tour which dropped us off across the bridge from County Lane. All very convenient to our location.

Riding the London Eye and taking the river cruise had been on our bucket list ever since we were in London 2008. Drivers were very helpful and informative. Buses are comfortable and easy to get on and off of. One of the best ways to see London in a short period of time. Things we planned to see were Big Ben, the river, Buckingham Palace, the sphere, and have lunch and dinner in pubs. Got caught out in the rain and found a quaint pub close to Buckingham Palace for lunch and local beer while the rain came down.

Everything about the day was enjoyable. The commentary using the earphones was very good,. We had a lot of fun with hopon hopoff bus staff while waiting for the westbound blue line. We felt we saw most of the highlights of London during the trip.

Great value for all that is included! Cruise, 48 hour access to the Big Bus Tours AND fast tracking through the long line ups at the London Eye was ao helpful in the heat of the day!

We did a whirlwind Europe trio for Spring break. The best decision I could make was to use the Big Bus tours in every city.
London was great, the commentary was cute and my 5-year-old was engaged. They are wheelchair accessible, but i wish that they al had a monitor on the accessible seats that showed a live view of what the people up top were looking at.
