They are located in the cities we visit, most of them not in the city center but all of them with easy access to public transportation nearby. Our accommodation is not based on luxury hotels. Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class in different locations. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and TV. Some of them also offer a mini-bar, safe box, and hair dryer. Many hotels, mainly in North Europe, do not have air conditioning or local legislation establishes limited dates of use.

Bid farewell to London as we set off for the continent. After a ferry crossing to France and a brief stop in Calais, we'll continue to Amiens. Known for its stunning Gothic cathedral, Amiens also offers a chance to stroll through its lively streets, visit the floating gardens, and see the house where Jules Verne lived. From there, we'll journey to Paris, arriving at the end of the day.

Today, we delve into the history of France with a visit to the grand Palace of Versailles and its exquisite gardens. Afterward, we'll return to Paris and head to Montmartre. A cable car ride will take us up to this bohemian neighborhood, known for its artists, painters, and cabarets. A city tour with a local guide will help you appreciate the beauty of Paris's impressive avenues and monuments. You'll have the option to attend a variety show in the evening.

We start the day in the heart of Paris, at the iconic Eiffel Tower. You'll have the opportunity to ascend to the second floor of this remarkable monument (ticket included). Then, we'll enjoy a boat cruise along the River Seine, which beautifully bisects the city. The afternoon is yours to explore Paris as you wish.

Today, we journey to the heart of France, to the Bourgogne region, renowned for its wines. We'll visit Beaune, a city adorned with flowers, a hospice, and a wine museum. From there, we'll continue to Lyon, the capital of Roman Gallia, situated on the banks of the Rhône. We'll take a cable car up to Notre Dame de Fourvière for a spectacular view of the city. Depending on the group size, we may spend the night in Chambery, a medieval-style city with a beautiful historic center and a large castle.

Today, we set off for Switzerland, arriving in Geneva. We'll pass by the Palais des Nations, the United Nations headquarters in Europe, and visit the beautiful English Garden with its flower clock and the Jet d'Eau, Europe's highest fountain. After lunch, we'll continue our journey through Switzerland, passing by the beautiful Leman and Neuchatel lakes. We'll stop in Neuchatel, where you can enjoy a walk by the lake, the historic town center, or visit its beautiful 10th-century castle. We'll then head to Zurich, arriving in the late afternoon.

Join our guide for a tour of Zurich, Switzerland's most populated city and the country's financial and cultural capital. Afterward, we'll embark on a nearly two-hour cruise on Lake Zurich, making brief stops to see the villages along the way. We'll disembark in Rapperswil, a picturesque village overlooked by its medieval castle. We'll return to Zurich by train, experiencing the efficiency and punctuality of Swiss railways.
