Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Victoria Station Pickup: Passengers must meet driver inside the car park. Please arrange pickup time 20 minutes after train arrival time. We do not have a way of monitoring trains. Driver will wait up to 60 minutes in the area if passenger failed to communicate with us of any train delays via email or phone. If passenger informed us of train delays, driver will come to the car park after 20 minutes from new requested pickup time.
Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment
Waiting charges: 15 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Hotel and 30 minutes available at the Airport. Thereafter £6.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.
You will receive a 2nd confirmation 48 hours prior to pickup date including information such as Hotel pickup time.
