Your journey begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Istanbul, followed by a flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir. Upon arrival, you'll be whisked away to the enchanting region of Cappadocia, where your guide will take you on a tour of the North Cappadocia. You'll marvel at the unique fairy chimneys in the Devrent Valley, explore the mushroom-shaped pinnacles in the Pasabag Monk’s Valley, and visit the city of Avanos. After lunch, you'll step back in time at the Open Air Museum of Goreme, home to ancient rock-cut churches and Christian settlements. Your day ends with a visit to the natural Castles of Uchisar before checking into your hotel in Cappadocia.

Day two starts with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before setting off to explore the South Cappadocia. Your guide will take you to the Red Valley, where you'll explore rock-cut churches and hike through the Rose Valley. You'll then visit the historic Çavuşin Village, known for its houses and churches of the Christian Clergymen. After a lunch break, you'll head to the Pigeon Valley and then delve into the depths of the Ozkonak or Kaymakli underground city, where early Christians once lived. Your day concludes with a flight to Izmir via Istanbul, where you'll be transferred to your hotel.
