After breakfast, we'll set off for Ankara, passing through the scenic Bolu Mountains. Upon arrival, we'll embark on a panoramic tour of Ankara, the capital of the Turkish Republic. We'll visit the iconic Anitkabir Mausoleum, the resting place of the founder of the Turkish Republic. After a day of exploration, we'll check into our hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, we'll depart for Cappadocia. En route, we'll marvel at Turkey's second-largest lake, The Salt Lake, and visit a 13th-century caravanserai. Upon arrival in Cappadocia, we'll check into our hotel and rest for the night.

After breakfast, we'll spend the day exploring the fascinating region of Cappadocia. We'll visit the Göreme Valley, a Byzantine monastic complex with churches carved out of the rock, and the Avcilar Valley. We'll also explore the Pasabagi and Güvercinlik Valleys, known for their unique volcanic formations called 'fairy chimneys'. We'll end the day with a visit to the typical workshops of Onix and Turquoise rugs and stones. Optionally, you can join a hot air balloon excursion at dawn for a unique perspective of the region's landscapes.

After an early breakfast, we'll depart for Konya, the capital of the Seleucid sultans. Here, we'll visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, the founder of the mystical and religious sect of the Dancing Dervishes. We'll then continue our journey to Pamukkale, where we'll explore the ancient Hellenistic city of Hierapolis and the famous Cotton Castle, a natural wonder of gigantic white waterfalls and stalactites. After a day of exploration, we'll check into our hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, we'll depart for the ancient Greco-Roman city of Ephesus, where we'll explore the Temple of Hadrian, Temple of Trajan, the theater, and the Library of Celsus. Upon arrival, we'll transfer to our hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, we'll embark on a boat trip on the Bosphorus, the canal that separates Europe and Asia. We'll admire the palaces of the Sultans and old wooden houses from the water. Next, we'll visit the Spice Bazaar, a vibrant market established by the Ottomans five centuries ago. In the afternoon, you have the option to explore the Asian part of the city, including the Beylerbey Palace, Eyup neighborhood, Pierre Loti café, and Golden Horn. We'll return to our hotel for a restful night.

In the evening, you have the option to enjoy a Buffet Dinner with Show on a boat on the Nile River. We'll return to our hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, we'll depart for the Sinai Peninsula via the Ahmed Hamdy Tunnel below the Suez Canal. We'll visit Ayun Musa, also known as the sources of Moses, and then head towards the city of Saint Catherine. Upon arrival, we'll check into our hotel for a restful night.

At dawn, we'll leave for Mount Moses, where the Prophet Moses received the tablets of the law. We'll watch the sunrise from the top of the mountain and then visit the Monastery of Saint Catherine. After breakfast, we'll depart for the Jordan border, and upon completion of immigration formalities, we'll continue to Petra for overnight accommodation.

After breakfast, we'll spend the day exploring the pink city of Petra, the capital of the Nabataeans. We'll visit the Treasury, the Colored Tombs, the Royal Tombs, and more. Petra is one of those places in the world that you have to visit at least once in your life. In the afternoon, we'll depart for Amman, where we'll check into our hotel for a restful night.
Day 15 – Day 15: Journey to Madaba and Jerusalem

After breakfast, we'll depart for Madaba, known as the City of Mosaics. We'll visit the Church of San Jorge, which houses the oldest known mosaic map of the Holy Land. We'll then visit Mount Nebo, a place of great importance for all Christians. From there, we'll continue to the Allenby Border and depart for Jerusalem. Upon arrival, we'll check into our hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, you have a free day to explore Jerusalem at your own pace. Alternatively, you can join us on an optional tour to Masada and the Dead Sea. We'll ascend by cable rail to Masada, the last fortification of the Jews in their fight against the Romans. We'll visit the excavations, Herod's Palace, and the Synagogue. If the weather permits, we'll have free time to enjoy a bath in the salty waters of the Dead Sea. We'll return to our hotel in Jerusalem for a restful night.

After breakfast, we'll depart for the Mount of Olives to enjoy a panoramic view of the city. We'll visit the Orchard of Gethsemane and the Basilica of the Agony. We'll then continue to the modern part of the city to visit the Shrine of the Book in the Israel Museum and Yad Vashem, a Holocaust memorial museum. We'll also explore the Ein Karem neighborhood, home to the churches of St. John the Baptist and of the Visitation. We'll return to our hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, we'll explore the old city of Jerusalem. We'll visit the Wailing Wall, the Via Dolorosa, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. In the afternoon, we'll visit the Basilica, the Grotto of the Nativity, and the Field of the Shepherds in Bethlehem. We'll return to our hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, we'll transfer you to Ben Gurion Airport at the predetermined time for your flight home. This marks the end of our services and the conclusion of an unforgettable journey.
