After breakfast, we'll embark on a full-day exploration of Istanbul. We'll marvel at the Byzantine art at the Basilica of Santa Sofia and explore the opulent Topkapi Palace. After a local lunch in Sultanahmet, we'll visit the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome. The day ends with a visit to the Grand Bazaar, where you can shop to your heart's content.

After breakfast, we'll explore the fascinating region of Cappadocia. We'll visit the Göreme valley, a Byzantine monastic complex, and the Avcilar, Pasabagi, and Güvercinlik Valleys, known for their unique rock formations. We'll also visit local workshops of Onix and Turquoise rugs and stones. Optional hot air balloon excursion is available at dawn.

We'll depart early for Konya, where we'll visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana. We'll then continue to Pamukkale, where we'll explore the ancient city of Hierapolis and the stunning Cotton Castle, a natural wonder of white waterfalls and stalactites.

We'll start the day with a visit to the ancient city of Ephesus, where we'll explore the Temple of Hadrian, Temple of Trajan, the theater, and the Library of Celsus. We'll also visit the House of the Virgin Mary. We'll then head to Izmir airport for a flight back to Istanbul.

Enjoy a free day in Tel Aviv or join us on an optional tour to Masada and the Dead Sea. We'll ascend Masada by cable car, visit the excavations, and enjoy a dip in the Dead Sea if time and weather permit.
Day 10 – Day 10: Tel Aviv to Galilee via Caesarea, Haifa, and Acre

We'll leave Tel Aviv and head along the coastal route to Caesarea, where we'll visit the Roman Theater. We'll then continue to Haifa to visit the Carmelite Monastery of Stella Maris and the Persian Gardens. Our next stop is Acre, where we'll explore the medieval fortifications. We'll then continue to Galilee for the night.

We'll start the day at the Mount of Beatitudes, the site of the Sermon on the Mount. We'll then visit Tabgha, the site of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes, and Capernaum, the Old Synagogue and House of St. Peter. In the afternoon, we'll head to Nazareth to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and the Carpentry of Joseph.
Day 12 – Day 12: Galilee to Jerusalem via Safed, Yardenit, and Mount Tabor

We'll start the day in Safed, known for its charming streets and synagogues. We'll then visit Yardenit, a traditional place of baptism on the Jordan River. In the afternoon, we'll visit the Basilica of the Transfiguration on Mount Tabor before heading to Jerusalem for the night.

We'll start the day with a visit to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city. We'll then visit the Orchard of Gethsemane and the Basilica of the Agony. In the afternoon, we'll explore the Museum of Israel, Yad Vashem, and the neighborhood of Ein Karem.

We'll explore the old city of Jerusalem, visiting the Wailing Wall, the Via Dolorosa, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. We'll then head to Mount Zion to visit the Tomb of King David, the Cenacle, and the Abbey of the Dormition. In the afternoon, we'll visit Bethlehem, where we'll see the Basilica and the Grotto of the Nativity.

We'll depart Jerusalem for the Sheikh Hussein border to enter Jordan. After completing the procedures, we'll continue to Jerash, an ancient Roman city. We'll then head to Amman for a brief panoramic tour of the city, including the Citadel, the city center, and the Roman Theater.

We'll visit the Orthodox Church of St. George, home to the first mosaic-map of Palestine. We'll then head to Mount Nebo, where Moses is said to have seen the Promised Land. We'll then continue to Petra for the night.

We'll spend the day exploring Petra, a city carved into pink rock. We'll see the treasure El Khazne, obelisks, and tombs. In the afternoon, we'll head back to Jerusalem.
