Splendor of Turkey: Istanbul, The Turquoise Coast, and Cappadocia in 12 Days

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Canakkale. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant en route. A 20-minute ferry ride across the Dardanelles will bring us to Canakkale and Gallipoli, a place of great significance for Australians, New Zealanders, and Turkish people. Visit the memorial sites at Anzac Cove and Chunuk Bair and Lone Pine. End the day with a comfortable stay and dinner at your hotel in Canakkale (or similar).

After a delicious Turkish breakfast, we head to the grand and well-preserved city of Ephesus. Walk the marbled streets, gaze upon the timeless hills, and marvel at the Temple of Artemis and the Library of Celsus. After exploring Ephesus, we travel to Fethiye and spend the rest of the day enjoying the beautiful Turquoise Coast of the Mediterranean. Overnight stay and dinner at your hotel in Fethiye (or similar).

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Saklikent National Park, home to one of the deepest canyons in Europe and Asia. Be prepared to be amazed by its natural beauty. Later, we visit Oludeniz, known for its beautiful beach and blue lagoon. Enjoy various water sports or simply relax by the turquoise waters. We return to Fethiye for an overnight stay at the hotel (or similar).

After breakfast, we head to Dalyan and take a boat to Iztuzu Beach, a crucial nesting site for loggerhead sea turtles. Enjoy the stunning white sand dunes, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and lush greenery. Later, we visit Sultaniye, renowned for its famous mud baths. Capture the beautiful scenery in your camera before returning to Fethiye for an overnight stay at the hotel (or similar).

After breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Pamukkale, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its white-cotton-candy hills. Enjoy the thermal baths along the white hills with the backdrop of Hierapolis, an ancient city known for its spa and healing center. Explore the well-preserved ruins of Hierapolis, including the Roman theater, the necropolis, the Roman baths, and the Temple of Apollo. Overnight stay and dinner at your hotel in Pamukkale (or similar).

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Cappadocia. En route, we stop by some interesting places, including the Sultanhani Caravanserai, a beautifully restored 13th-century luxury hotel used by merchants. We also visit the Museum of Mevlana (Rumi), the revered Sufi mystic. Enjoy the local cuisine in the smaller villages before arriving in Cappadocia for an overnight stay and dinner at the hotel (or similar).

If weather permits, start your day with an unforgettable hot-air balloon ride over the fairy chimneys of Cappadocia. After breakfast at the hotel, we transport you to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul. Enjoy a farewell dinner accompanied by your 'traveling family'.
