Please Note: Police and security will not allow you onto the pier without these and no refunds will be given if you do not have them on the night. Both can be shown on a mobile device. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to make your way to the pier. However, due to the high amount of traffic expected on the Thames, weather conditions and the changing tides, the positioning of the boat to the fireworks cannot be guaranteed. The captain’s decision will be final on the night, although rest assured that the on-board team will do their best to secure the best viewing spot. Roads may close early in preparation for the fireworks display. Please check road closures on the Transport for London website before you travel.
