We were met at arrivals and the driver took our bags and walked us to a Mercedes van which drive us into Venice, dropping us at the dock where we were taken by private vapporetto to the closest drop off to our rental.

Our driver met us at the airport with a sign and helped with our bags. Transfer to water taxi was easy. Our water taxi, however, dropped us off blocks and blocks away from our destination, even though we were located on a canal. This was NOT what we had expected. We are both seniors and had to lug heavy suitcases for blocks up and down stairs and bridges full of tourists.
Very disappointed and sore the next day. For the price, we should have been taken to our hotel and given some directions. We were lost.
