The day begins with a scenic drive over a mountain pass to the stunning Dynjandi waterfall, which cascades down in a fan shape about 100 meters into the depths. Later, you will arrive at the idyllically situated farm and guesthouse Brekkulækur (or similar). Travel time is approximately 4-5 hours.

Embark on an excursion to the Vatnsnes Peninsula, where you are sure to spot seals and perhaps even ringed seals. Stop at Hvitserkur, the remains of a volcanic chimney where many birds breed in spring. The Kolugil waterfall also lines your route today, before you can relax in the naturally hot swimming pool in the evening (optional). Overnight stay as on the previous day. Walking time is approximately 3 hours, and driving time is approximately 5 hours.

Today's journey takes you very close to the spectacular highlands. Hike across the highland foothills of an extensive wetland area with many trout lakes. Afterwards, you can relax in the naturally hot swimming pool and/or visit the seal center in Hvammstangi (optional). Overnight stay as on the previous day. Driving time is approximately 1 hour, and walking time is approximately 30 minutes.

Today, you will travel through one of the most beautiful valleys in Iceland. The two waterfalls, Barnafoss and Hraunfossar, are enchanting. Delicate water flows through the overwhelming nature here, offering a 'nature sightseeing' experience and wonderful short hikes par excellence. Overnight stay as on the previous day.

Via the beautiful Lundarreykjadalur valley, you will reach the highland road Uxahryggir with beautiful views of a table mountain and a shield volcano right next to each other: Hlöðufell and Skjaldbreiður. Your journey continues today on the Kaldidalur highland road to Þingvellir National Park, where you will go on a short hike. You return to Keflavik along the beautiful Reyjanes Peninsula. Overnight stay in a guesthouse (or similar). Travel time is approximately 5-6 hours.

Early morning transfer to the airport (departure from the guesthouse: approx. 05:00). Later in the morning, transfer to Reykjavík (on request) if you would like to extend your stay. We will be happy to make you an offer. Individual journey home or onward journey.
