Kickstart your wine tour from Florence, heading to the capital of Umbria, Perugia, known for its famous chocolates, The Perugini. After a guided tour of the city and a sweet treat, we'll proceed to Torgiano, one of Italy's oldest wine regions. Here, you'll enjoy a private tour of a winery, learn about the wine-making process, and taste three wines paired with toasted bread and olive oil. A three-course lunch at the winery, paired with five wines, will follow. The day concludes in the famous Borgo of Montefalco, where you'll check into your Hotel-Spa (or similar) and enjoy an aperitif and dinner in a typical Trattoria Umbrese.

Day two begins with a visit to Assisi, where a local guide will take you on a private tour of the town. Next, we'll continue our wine tour to one of Italy's most beautiful Borgos, Spello, where you'll enjoy a delicious lunch within the city walls. The day's highlight is a visit to one of the most influential wineries in Montefalco, offering a private tour of the cellars and a chance to taste one of Italy's most prestigious wines. After a moment of relaxation at the hotel, we'll conclude the day with a delightful dinner.

Day three of your wine tour begins with a visit to a winery in the southern area of Montefalco. After a private tour of the cellars and a wine tasting session, get ready for a hands-on cooking class. Learn to prepare traditional Umbrian dishes and enjoy your creations paired with the farm's wines. The day continues with a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Spoleto, where you can explore the ancient streets and enjoy a delicious coffee. The day concludes with a visit to another winery, where you'll enjoy a private tour, wine tasting, and a four-course dinner, before returning to the hotel.

After breakfast and check-out, we'll head to Todi, a beautiful medieval town in Umbria. Enjoy a stroll through the ancient streets and taste some of Todi's delicacies. The day continues with a visit to a winery in the Todi area, where you'll enjoy a private tour of the cellars, wine tasting, and a delicious lunch paired with the winery's wines. The second winery visit of the day takes us to the Orvieto area, where you'll visit the vineyards, cantina, and cellars, concluding with a tasting of four wines paired with local products. The day ends at a tranquil hotel outside Orvieto (or similar), where you'll relax before dinner.

On the final day of your wine tour, after breakfast and check-out, we'll explore Orvieto, where you'll enjoy a private tour of the city. Savor lunch at a typical trattoria Orvietense before we depart for Florence, marking the end of your unforgettable five-day wine tour in Umbria. Expected arrival in Florence is around 4pm.
