Upon arrival at Villa Laurus (or similar), you will find your travel documents and rental bikes ready for your adventure.
Day 2 – Day 2: Mals to Merano

Hop on the Vinschgaubahn train towards the Reschenpass mountain pass. Cycle from Mals to the medieval town of Glurns, past the Montani ruins and Schlanders, and finally to Merano. Along the way, admire castles such as Juval Castle, owned by Austrian mountaineer Reinhold Messner. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Ortler massif and Stilfserjoch. Overnight at Villa Laurus (or similar).
Day 3 – Day 3: Lana to Bolzano

Cycle through Lana and the South Tyrolian wine route, passing by orchards, vineyards, and fortified castles. Continue to Eppan, passing by the base of Sigmundskron Castle, home to the Messner Mountain Museum. End the day in Bolzano, where you can visit the Ötzi Museum. Overnight at Mondschein (or similar).

Choose between two routes to Lake Caldaro: a slightly hilly bike path via Eppan or a flat cycle path along the Adige dam leading to the charming wine village of Auer. Overnight at Kaufmann (or similar).
Day 5 – Day 5: Auer to Trento

Continue along the Adige dam from Auer. Pass through the 'Salurner Klause', marking the end of the German-speaking part of South Tyrol, and cycle through the famous Trentino wine regions to reach the ancient diocesan town of Trento. Explore the old town, the cathedral, and the Buonconsiglio Palace. Overnight at NH Trento (or similar).
Day 6 – Day 6: Rovereto to Torbole

Depart from Rovereto and head towards Mori, where you can taste the world-famous pistachio ice-cream at Gelateria Bologna. After a small ascent over the San Giovanni pass, descend towards the lake to reach Torbole. The day ends in either Riva or Torbole. Overnight at Corallo (or similar).
