Today, you will cycle through Lana, where you can see the Schnatterpeck Altar, and continue through orchards and vineyards along the South Tyrolean Wine Route. You will pass many fortified castles, palaces, and ruins on your way to Appiano. From there, you will cycle to the foot of Sigmundskron Castle, home to the Messner Mountain Museum, and finally to Bolzano, where you can visit the Ötzi Museum. Your accommodation for the night is at the Moonlight Hotel (or similar).
Day 3 – Day 3: Bolzano to Trento

From Bolzano, you will cycle along the River Isarco and then the Adige, through orchards to Salorno, the end of the German-speaking part of South Tyrol. From there, you will be accompanied by the vines of the strong red wine 'Teroldego' all the way to the picturesque old town of Trento. Your accommodation for the night is at the Grand Hotel (or similar).

Today, you will cycle from Trento to the old Tyrolean border town of Rovereto. From there, you will head to Mori, where you can sample the famous pistachio ice cream at the Gelateria Bologna. After a climb over the small Passo San Giovanni, you will descend to the lake and end your cycle tour in Torbole or Riva. Your accommodation for the night is at the Hotel Corallo (or similar).
