Here is the thing I paid €84 per person and managed to visit only 3 attractions which if I paid separately I would paid only €50. You do the math. Also the first day at the Colosseum I spend half a day chatting with customer service as we couldn't find the representative at the end they sent us our vouchers on WhatsApp.

I just lost money and time and couldn't use the pass. There was no response to my cancellation either. What am I supposed to do with a pass that isn't accepted anywhere? Today I had to pay for entry to the Colosseum. I'm very disappointed. I don't know if you'll respond again. I would advise everyone not to book such a pass. Paying for nothing is not easy for us pensioners to cope with. Keep it up!!!!!!!!

Great!

If you want to improve where to pick up the passes, they are places far from the place you are going to visit. Specify clearly that they have to exchange your pass without it being digital. It would be appropriate if they accepted them in the places.

My trip was horrible we had to walk from one side to the other always looking for the tickets we thought we had tickets for five things as It was written in the €97 package but in the end we only had two experiences that together did not even cost €5. This pass is a steal

Reservations for the Colosseum and the Vatican went badly, no guide at the scheduled times.
