For institutional reasons, St. Peter's Basilica may be closed without notice, in which case the tour will only take place in the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Therefore, only a partial refund will be granted. To enter the Vatican Museums and Basilica, shoulders and legs must be covered up to the knees. People with reduced mobility will not be able to participate in the tour. Disabled people who are able to walk independently are entitled to a reduced rate based on the percentage of disability. The disability must be communicated at the time of booking. Reservations at the standard rate cannot be changed to a reduced rate on the day of the tour. Strollers for children are not recommended due to the presence of stairs.
